Role Description

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing customer journeys in various Marketing Automation platforms

• Producing analytical reports and deriving insights to improve campaign and journey results

• Guiding clients in the implementation of systems

Qualifications

• Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing customer journeys (Advantage: familiarity with multiple platforms such as Hubspot, SFMC, Braze, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in reports and analytical tools (BI/Excel/Google Analytics) to derive insights and recommendations for improvement (Advantage: knowledge of SQL)

• High-level English proficiency (writing, speaking, and reading)

• Ability to work and learn independently

Advantages

• Familiarity with Data Marketing and marketing concepts

• Knowledge of basic programming languages for creating integrations or customizations (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API)
