Financial Sector Professional Consultant in the ESG Practice

The ESG consulting practice at Deloitte Israel specializes in providing consulting services in three fields: environmental sustainability, social impact, and corporate governance (ESG) focusing on utilizing them to drive business growth and improve performance, by integrating ESG considerations into business and operational models of our clients.

We are looking for a Financial expert for our team, who will work with the leading financial institutions (banks, payments, asset managers and insurance companies) on various innovative and complex ESG projects, integrating diverse ESG considerations into financial processes, risk management and decision-making processes.

What you’ll experience in the role:

• The position includes: working on several projects at the same time, formulating and implementing methodologies, analyzing data, scenario analysis, collecting information, writing reports, preparing presentations, building work plans, accompanying applied processes and more.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree related to the world of finance- mandatory
• Knowledge and experience of 2-3 years in the worlds of financial risk or analysis – risk management/credit analysis/investment analysis/underwriting- mandatory
• Fluency in English and Hebrew - mandatory
• Interest and desire for development in the ESG worlds (we will teach you all you need to know)- mandatory; previous knowledge in the field is an advantage
• Ability to express complicated ideas in a simple way both in writing and orally
