monday.com is growing and so is our HR team! We are looking for an Associate HRBP for our TLV site to support our Revenue organization!
In this role, you will be supporting our leaders and employees to successfully scale our business units, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond. You’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers. You will have a deep understanding of the CRO global departments, supporting business units plans and strategy in monday’s revenue departments, including Customer Success, Marketing, Sales etc,. and partner with managers and teams to ensure the business units’ success.
About The Role
- You will support and work closely with the business unit’s Senior HRBPs, supporting employees and first line managers.
- Focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the teams’ high performance, development and growth.
- Support employees in the different stages in their life cycles (onboarding, offboarding, life events etc.)
- Design and deliver targeted solutions in a dynamic environment, including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building..
- Partner with various HR Functions (i.e Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D etc.) in order to ensure successful support of the business units in various ways - recruiting, employee engagement, headcount tracking, training and development and to ensure cultural alignment.
- Help promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.
- Is responsible for managing people data, and able to leverage insights based on data to assess and impact the business units.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience (i.e HR Specialist / Junior HR business Partner/ HR Manager) - a Must.
- 3+ years of experience in coaching team members and first line managers - a must.
- High level of English - ability to operate freely in an English speaking work environment - a Must
- Experience in onboarding and off-boarding, leading action plans to drive engagement, facilitation of group sessions such as round tables.
- Experience in a global environment/ scaling teams - an advantage.
- Collaborator and a team player - an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships.
- Holds analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action, and exercises solid judgment.
- Strong consulting, coaching, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to position as a trusted partner.
