HR Operations Specialist

What you'll bring

• 2-5 years of experience as an HR Operations in a global tech organization.
• English - verbal and written very high level (English working environment)
• Well conversant with Workday, Google Drive, Excel, Powerpoint
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to Multitask in a fast pace environment
• Results-oriented and hard worker
• Ability to partner and collaborate across partner teams within the site as well as other global sites
• Initiative, being helpful, and approachable, customer obsessed and focus on excellent customer experience
  

• Support full employee lifecycle including but not limited to onboarding of new employees, offboarding, compensation & benefits, payroll and engagement activities (welfare activities, company events and community involvement across the organization).
• Maintain and support workforce data , training programs, HR policies and processes
• Responsible for analytical and administrative support for HR related projects.
• Partner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer, data, and customer experience
• Vendor Management to ensure that the deliverables are met on time without any follow ups.
• Facilitate resolution of escalations by working with COE’s, HR, business leaders and outside vendors
• Ability to Work in a fast paced and complex global environment.
• Partner with HR teams on Initiatives , and work closely with HR, managers and employees on all People-related matters for an excellent employee experience.
