Sr. Product Manager

Team Description

Pendo helps product managers improve their user’s experiences on their web and mobile applications by analyzing user’s behavior and in-app messaging to communicate, guide, onboard, engage and retain their users.

As a Sr. PM on our team, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering the strategy that would increase Pendo’s revenue with the mobile product.

You will work closely with our engineering leadership, ux, customer success, marketing, sales, support and senior management, to uncover the pains to be solved and get buy-in across Pendo.

Role & Responsibilities

• Communicate the “why” to different stakeholders
• Experiment with different approaches to solving problems and track which ones work best
• Define clear KPI's that measure customer satisfaction and business impact
• Interact daily with various functions, e.g other PMs, engineering, design.
• Define problems to be solved, desired outcomes and delivery plans
• Engage in customers calls for discovery, roadmap discussions, and partnerships creation
• Lead several scrum teams
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid experience as a product manager in a global software company, leading 2 or more product teams at the same time
• Excellent communicator in English
• Experienced with analytical tools (Pendo/Google Analytics/Mixpanel/Looker/ Tableau or others)
• Experience with mobile products
• Ability to create delivery plans and stay agile
• Can take decisions despite uncertainties
• Navigates successfully in matrix organizations

• A good presenter \ Domain expert - Talked on stage/webinars/podcasts about Product Management
• Past experience as TS/CS/Eng
• Experienced with mobile SDK products
