This role will work closely with Account Managers and across HarbourVest functional teams to handle a broad range of incoming requests from clients.This position will be a hybrid work arrangement.The ideal candidate is someone who is:

• Play an integral role in managing client relationships by listening, understanding, and appropriately responding to client needs
• Partnering with Account Managers to support client engagement and establish clear communication channels
• Draw from expansive knowledge and understanding of HarbourVest systems to prioritise incoming requests and deliver accurate and timely responses
• Assist Account Manager(s) with existing client engagements by providing insight to daily activities and raising potential areas of concern to assist with ongoing client meetings and conversations
• Think and act quickly, analytically, and creatively to determine solutions for client needs
• Participate in internal projects impacting the team
• Work as an adaptable team player who proactively assists with workload rebalancing and high-priority items, and collaborates with colleagues in other regions

• Highly motivated, organised and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hebrew
• Familiarity with investment concepts
• Strong project and time management skills
• Bias for action and continual improvement
• Adaptable to confidently respond to unexpected work flow

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials

• 3-5 Years of client service or operations experience. Investment management or financial services preferred.
