This role will work closely with Account Managers and across HarbourVest functional teams to handle a broad range of incoming requests from clients.This position will be a hybrid work arrangement.The ideal candidate is someone who is:

- Play an integral role in managing client relationships by listening, understanding, and appropriately responding to client needs
- Partnering with Account Managers to support client engagement and establish clear communication channels
- Draw from expansive knowledge and understanding of HarbourVest systems to prioritise incoming requests and deliver accurate and timely responses
- Assist Account Manager(s) with existing client engagements by providing insight to daily activities and raising potential areas of concern to assist with ongoing client meetings and conversations
- Think and act quickly, analytically, and creatively to determine solutions for client needs
- Participate in internal projects impacting the team
- Work as an adaptable team player who proactively assists with workload rebalancing and high-priority items, and collaborates with colleagues in other regions
- Highly motivated, organised and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Hebrew
- Familiarity with investment concepts
- Strong project and time management skills
- Bias for action and continual improvement
- Adaptable to confidently respond to unexpected work flow
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials
- 3-5 Years of client service or operations experience. Investment management or financial services preferred.
