In strong growth, BayBridgeDigital is reinforcing its sales team, looking for future BayBridgeDigital talent for its different business sectors (Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, Utilities, Services).

The job opening is based in Jerusalem.

Your role :

We are currently researching an Account Executive, energetic, motivated, who is a hunter, has knowledge of technology and sales. You will sell our entire offering to customers aligned by industry sector.

Your mission :

• You directly address medium and large customer accounts ;
• You build, share with an expanded team and implement an account plan to get maximum revenues ;
• You are responsible of the prospection, sales propositions, negociation and of the opportunities closing ;
• You manage complex sales cycles, dealing with C-level contacts at our customers' sites ;
• You evangelize BayBridgeDigital’s vision through products demonstrations, market events and specific initiatives with the support of dedicated pre-sales teams.

Skills :

Beyond your desire to join an international company, your interpersonal skills and personality are your best assets: strength of conviction, listening skills, ability to argue, organization, curiosity, autonomy, team spirit and creativity

• Graduation from a Business School (or equivalent university training) ;
• 3 to 5 years experience in technology sales (preferably in software, consulting or enterprise applications) ;
• Strong sales forecasting and sales execution capabilities ;
• Ability to work as a true team player with our partners (Salesforce) or other involved parties ;
• Exceeding quota targets;
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment;
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, the French must be a plus.
