Billing Specialist

Comm-IT is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our growing Finance team.
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and global company and take part in managing a high-volume billing operation. The role provides hands-on experience in billing processes, financial operations, and collaboration with multiple teams across the organization.

?? Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end billing process for both local and international clients, handling a high volume of invoices.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work with ERP and CRM systems (including Priority – an advantage) to manage and track billing and financial data.
• Perform billing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies when needed.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, project managers, and internal teams regarding billing matters.
• Support the monthly closing process related to billing and revenue.
• Assist in improving and optimizing billing processes and controls.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business – an advantage.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, finance operations, or bookkeeping – an advantage.
• Experience working with Priority ERP system – a strong advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with high volumes of data and invoices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented approach.
