How you’ll spend your day

Teva, the leading pharmaceutical company in Israel, is recruiting Operation Excellence Leader for the operational excellence unit of Kfar-Saba site

• Dealing with changing processes, culture and working methods, using tools of continuous improvement, based on LEAN
• Accompanying units, managers and employees in improvement and efficiency processes, to maximize business potential, managing many projects simultaneously
• Implementation of optimization programs within the departments
• Planning, monitoring and control of site performance
• Working with diverse interfaces in the organization

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree - must (Industrial\Mechanical\Biotechnology Engineering - a significant advantage)
• 2+ years of experience in project management and leading improvement processes in a production environment
• Experience in training and implementation of LEAN
• Experience in an manufacturing environment and familiarity with the production and packaging operation
• Experience in analyzing processes and systems
• Experience in analyzing statistical processes
• High English level
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate people
• Office applications proficiency (Word, PP, Excel)
• Willingness to work overtime, at Kfar-Saba site
