yad2's Real Estate vertical's marketing team is looking for a Marketing & Ops Coordinator – the 'engine' behind the scenes. This role involves end2end operational responsibility for marketing campaigns, performance reporting, and providing operational support for the entire Real Estate vertical. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who loves data and knows how to drive processes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
What You will be doing?
- Operational management of campaigns for New Apartments Marketing end-to-end
- Generate periodic performance reports (Daily/Weekly) and prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations for management
- Provide tactical and operational support for the Real Estate vertical (budget requests, projects action item’s proses, and schedule management)
- Extract and organize data from internal systems to support business analysis and needs
דרישות התפקיד
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Account Management (Advertising Agency), or as a Marketing Coordinator - Mandatory
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and presentation design - Mandatory
- Phenomenal organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive processes across various departments
