Junior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior FP&A Analyst to join our global FP&A team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a large, dynamic, and fast-paced organization.

The role involves supporting the monthly closing process, analyzing financial performance, partnering with business units, and assisting in management reporting to support decision-making.
Requirements
Support the monthly financial closing process and related analysis
Perform Budget vs. Actual analysis and provide clear explanations for variances
Partner with business units to monitor financial performance and support decision-making
Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Prepare monthly and quarterly management presentations and reports
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required
Support planning processes including budget and forecast cycles
Work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Up to 2 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Ability to work independently and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong proficiency in Excel (must)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
