Job Description

KLA is looking for a global compensation and benefits analyst, focusing on day-to-day operations as well as annual processes and long terms projects. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sensitive to the confidential nature of the role, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, exercising both a team and a customer oriented approach.

What your job will look like:

The C&B analyst position will support compensation and benefits activities within human resources.

• Lead benefits programs (health, social benefits, leasing, vacation)
• Participate in annual compensation process (prepare and support budget allocations, support relevant managers during the process phases: recommendation, consolidation and analysis)
• Assist with day to day administration such as job evaluations and market data benchmark requests
• Handle annual market data survey submission process (internal and external)
• Assist in formalizing policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function
  
  

• Solid financial analysis related experience or compensation and benefits experience in the global environment
• B.A. in Economics or equivalent
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent quantitative skills and attention to details, along with macro view and analytical skills
• Strong communication capabilities in interacting with both clients and managers across the organization
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
