We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Employer Brand & Communications Manager to shape and amplify the Varonis brand in Israel. This role is responsible for creating a consistent and compelling narrative across every employee and candidate touchpoint—from recruitment campaigns and internal communications to industry events, community engagement, social media, and employee experience.

You will partner closely with leaders across HR, Recruiting, R&D, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure that everything we do reflects who we are, what we stand for, and what makes Varonis a unique place to grow a career.

This role combines strategy, storytelling, creativity, and execution. One day you'll be building a long-term employer branding strategy, and the next you'll be designing a campaign, producing content, planning a conference presence, or launching an internal engagement initiative.

What You'll Do
Own and drive the employer brand strategy for Varonis Israel.
Define and maintain a consistent employee and candidate experience across all channels and events.
Create compelling storytelling that showcases our culture, people, technology, and impact.
Lead internal communication initiatives that strengthen engagement, alignment, and pride.
Partner with Recruiting to attract top talent through innovative employer branding campaigns.
Build strong relationships with leaders and teams across the organization to ensure one unified company narrative.
Manage Varonis' presence at technology conferences, industry events, university programs, meetups, and community initiatives.
Work with external partners including PR agencies, event organizers, content creators, and vendors.
Create and oversee digital and visual content including presentations, videos, social media assets, event materials, and branded communications.
Measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and continuously improve impact and reach.
Stay connected to the Israeli technology and cybersecurity ecosystem, identifying new opportunities to strengthen Varonis' reputation as an employer of choice.

What We're Looking For

5~ years of experience in Employer Branding, Brand Marketing, Communications, Community Building, or a related field.
Proven ability to build and execute strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and influencing without authority.
Experience building employer brands in high-growth technology companies.
Strong creative capabilities and hands-on experience creating content and campaigns.
Experience working with creative tools such as Canva, video editing platforms, or similar tools.
Ability to balance big-picture thinking with high-quality execution.
Passion for people, culture, technology, and creating meaningful experiences.
Self-starter with a high sense of ownership, creativity, and curiosity.
Familiarity with the Israeli tech and cybersecurity ecosystem - advantage
