What You’ll Do:
• Work hands-on with large, evolving datasets to explore patterns, validate hypotheses, and uncover meaningful signals.
• Collaborate closely with a growing research team to design, refine, and scale analytical and research methodologies.
• Take part in shaping how research questions are defined, explored, and translated into actionable insights.
• Build, test, and iterate on advanced logic flows and analytical frameworks to detect key events and behaviors.
• Lead exploratory, recurring, and ad-hoc analyses—from raw data investigation to clear, insight-driven conclusions.
• Continuously challenge assumptions, improve data quality, and explore new tools, techniques, and data sources through experimentation.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives that support strategic and research-driven decisions.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst- Must.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with both SQL (SQL Server) and Python- Must.
• Solid knowledge in statistics and a passion for building scalable, efficient logic- Must.
• A genuine passion for Sports (soccer, basketball, etc.)- Advantage.
