Role Description

We are looking for a System Integration Engineer.

You will report to the Director of System Integration & QA, Broadband business unit

Location

Hybrid role - working at least 3 days a week from our offices in Caesarea

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the role, you will be involved in the following areas:

• Supporting of End-to-End integrations, which involve HW and SW components
• Creating an environment for solution demonstration, requested by internal and external customers (QA, user testing, Demo etc.)
• Taking a part in extended test scenarios with a focus on load/scale/performance and stress aspects
• Working in agile mode and cooperating with multiple scrum teams.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in testing of Embedded Systems and various networking environments
• B.Sc. in Computer science or other exact sciences aka faculty of mathematics/physics/chemistry/etc.
• Deep knowledge in networking protocols, specifically IEEE802.1Q/ad bridging and/or IPv4/6 unicast / multicast Routing
• Linux Knowledge
• Experience in testing of Passive Optical Network (PON) Optical Line Terminal (OLT) access solutions – advantage
• Experience in testing of containerized solutions (Docker and k8s) – advantage
• Experience working with RF Testing equipment, traffic generators, network sniffer – advantage
• Knowledge in DOCSIS – advantage
• Scripting experience, Python knowledge - advantage
• Fluent English (writing and speaking)
• High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with different groups
