QA & Game Tester for Colony Management PC Game

Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time job for a Quality Assurance Tester who is passionate about delivering a polished player experience and can communicate effectively with our community when needed.

This role focuses primarily on QA - identifying, reproducing, and documenting bugs, while occasionally interacting with players to gather additional details about reports or feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test new builds, features, and updates to identify issues and verify fixes.
• Write clear, structured, and reproducible bug reports.
• Review community feedback and reports to confirm and document relevant issues.
• Communicate with players when clarification is needed on bugs or suggestions.
• Support developers by providing concise, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent English and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with PC and/or console gaming, with regular play experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with players and teammates.
• A solid understanding of gameplay systems and player experience.
• Prior experience in QA or game testing is a plus.
