We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to deliver quality US tax services to our corporate clients at the US Tax Desk in Tel Aviv.Responsibilities include:

Delivering a full range of US federal tax services to corporations (from day-to-day consultation, assistance in acquisitions and strategic tax planning).
Reviewing clients' existing structures and fact patterns to identify US tax exposures and provide most efficient mitigation guidance and solutions.
Conducting research on various US tax issues.
Preparing tax presentations, drafting tax opinions and memorandums on various US federal income tax issues.

Requirements And Skills

CPA or Lawyer.
Proven work experience as a US tax consultant/tax return preparation
Good knowledge of US federal tax law
Experience in tax research and tax data bases (Lexis, Checkpoint, CCH etc).
Highly motivated, team player, thorough and detail-oriented person
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
Fluent English
