We are looking for a senior, hands-on engineering leader to lead the development of complex financial systems, both client-side and server-side. This role combines technical leadership and people management, with approximately 60% management and 40% hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a development team, providing both technical and managerial guidance
Take full ownership of the development lifecycle: architecture, code quality, delivery, and performance
Drive technical design and specifications, translating business requirements into robust solutions
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Make key architectural and technological decisions
Improve development processes and foster engineering excellence
Ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
דרישות התפקיד
Proven experience leading development teams on complex systems
Strong hands-on experience in both client-side and server-side development
Strong hands-on experience with .NET on the backend
Proven experience with Angular and/or React on the frontend
Experience with financial systems - a strong advantage
High technical capabilities alongside strong leadership skills
Proactive mindset, high sense of ownership, and strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive collaboration across teams
