Ambassadors Community Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a soul-player, highly engaging, creative, and results-driven Ambassador Manager to lead the company's Ambassador and creators activity in the US & Israel. This role is focused on recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with Ambassadors and UGC creators, producing high-performing and creative content for organic and paid use, and turning creators into long-term brand partners.

Responsibilities:
-Recruit and manage US & Israeli ambassadors & creators
-Plan and execute influencer campaigns
-Build long-term partnerships with our Ambassadors
-Handle contracts, gifting, and collaborations
-Lead UGC production for organic & paid campaigns
-Creating events & collaborations with like-minded brands and communities
-Create clear briefs and manage content assets
-Ensure brand consistency and performance optimization
-Track KPIs using Excel & Shopify (sales, ROI, CAC, ROAS)
-Prepare performance reports
-Support shoots, events, and activations

Requirements:

-Native English and Hebrew; experience in the US market in a significant advantage
-Excellent interpersonal relations
-Strong connection to the brand values
-3 years + experience in DTC digital marketing, influencer management & beauty
-Proven track record managing creator campaigns
-Strong understanding of US & Israeli influencer ecosystem
-Excellent negotiation, organization, and communication skills
-Experience with UGC for paid ads – strong plus
-Data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, optimization)
