Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a sharp and passionate Business Analyst to join a rapidly growing mobile gaming company located in central Tel Aviv.

Our massively popular gaming app is enjoyed by millions of players around the world who experience the fun of playing live with friends and connecting with new ones.

The role involves answering challenging business questions for diverse teams, including Product and Marketing, and turning complex data into meaningful insights. An essential part of the role is being consistently curious about data, understanding user behavior, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

This is an onsite position based in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

V Analyze large and complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.

V Plan, create, and implement day-to-day events and promotion strategies based on user behavior analysis.

V Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to help shape features, game economies, and future product roadmaps.

V Work closely with internal departments to generate insights that drive improvements in monetization and retention.

V Build automated dashboards and reports to improve company-wide visibility and understanding of key business metrics and player experience.

Requirements

V 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably in a web or mobile company or within the online gaming industry.

V Strong SQL skills with proven experience querying large and complex data sets – must have.

V Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau – must have.

V Experience working with very large and complex data sets.

V High attention to detail.

V Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

V Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear business recommendations.

V Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Economics, or a related field.
