Job Responsibilities

✔ Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns to meet target KPIs and monthly goals
✔ Maintain daily communication with partners to improve campaign performance
✔ Contribute to creative strategy to drive campaign success
✔ Analyze performance data, generate reports, and track key metrics
✔ Leverage data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and maximize results

Required Qualifications

✔ Highly driven, analytical, and detail-oriented
✔ 3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager / Performance Marketing Manager in a gaming company
✔ Proven track record running mobile user acquisition campaigns across social networks, DSPs, rewarded videos, SDK networks, incentivized channels, and more
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with media partners
✔ Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
✔ Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
