Social Media & Community Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, strategic, and talented content creator to grow our Social Media & Community presence. If you live and breathe social media, deeply understand the U.S. beauty audience, are passionate about creating educational, fun, and engaging content, and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

+Manage social media channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok
+Develop creative concepts and bring ideas to life through engaging content aligned with brand values and mission
+Lead TikTok Shop growth
+Grow and nurture an engaged community by leading social conversations around healthy skin, clean suncare, and skin longevity
+Create an ongoing dialogue with the community: listening, responding, and involving them in brand life
+Recruit and collaborate with relevant communities and co-create content and joint events
+Develop partnerships with like-minded brands
+Write compelling, on-brand copy for social platforms
+Lead monthly social strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
+Create clear content briefs for ambassadors and creators
+Build and manage relationships with creators and ambassadors
+Lead the development of a brand podcast
+Stay on top of skincare and social trends and translate them into viral-ready content
+Edit high-quality video content
+Work closely with Customer Support, B2B, Paid Ads, and Design teams

Requirements

+2+ years of experience managing social media accounts
+Proven experience in beauty or skincare
+Highly creative and passionate about community building — a must
+Hands-on experience with Adobe, Figma, Canva & CapCut — required
+Strong understanding of the U.S. market and audience — required
+Native English (written and spoken) & native Hebrew — required
+Experience working with influencers and content creators — a plus
+Experience planning and producing photoshoots — a plus
