Community Manager

We're looking for a Community Manager to help build, grow, and engage a passionate sports community around a fast-growing consumer sports platform.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves sports, understands online communities, and knows how to create conversations that keep users engaged before, during, and after major sporting events.

You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Design to strengthen our community, gather player feedback, and help shape the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

✔ Build, grow, and manage communities across X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, Instagram, and other social platforms.

✔ Create engaging conversations around live sports events, product updates, and community initiatives.

✔ Plan and execute community campaigns, challenges, polls, contests, and interactive content.

✔ Engage daily with community members and foster an active, positive environment.

✔ Gather user feedback and share actionable insights with Product and Marketing teams.

✔ Collaborate with creators, influencers, and sports communities to increase reach and engagement.

✔ Monitor community sentiment, identify trends, and proactively address issues.

✔ Support product launches, feature releases, and live events through community activation.

✔ Track engagement metrics and help optimize community growth and retention strategies.

Requirements

✔ 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, Community Growth Manager, or similar role.

✔ Passion for sports and strong knowledge of the U.S. sports market.

✔ Hands-on experience managing communities on X (Twitter), Discord, Reddit, Instagram, and other social platforms.

✔ Excellent written English and communication skills.

✔ Experience creating engaging social content and growing online communities.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

✔ Self-driven, creative, and highly proactive.

Nice to Have

✔ Experience in Fantasy Sports, Gaming, Sports Betting, iGaming, Consumer Apps, or Sports Media.

✔ Experience working with creators, influencers, or sports personalities.

✔ Familiarity with community analytics and engagement metrics.

✔ Passion for basketball, football, baseball, or other major U.S. sports.
