Senior Commercial Enablement & Automation Manager

As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for a hands-on builder to join us as a Senior Commercial Enablement & Automation Manager.Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Operations, you will be the architect of our scalability, stepping into a critical role designed to transform manual, fragmented workflows into a high-performance operational machine. This isn’t a traditional management role; it’s a high-impact leadership position focused on execution and foundation-building.Your mission will be to bridge the gap between our current growth and our future scale. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and R&D to design structured processes from the ground up, with a heavy emphasis on automation and self-service capabilities. By reducing manual dependencies and creating a seamless experience for both our team and our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Justt scales sustainably while maintaining the operational excellence our clients expect.Requirements:Must-have:Experience in Support Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar operational environmentsProven experience in building and structuring processes and workflowsHands-on experience with automation tools and/or AI-driven solutionsStrong systems thinking and ability to translate complexity into structured, scalable processesHigh level of ownership and ability to work independentlyNice-to-have:Experience in SaaS or fintech environmentsExperience working with CRM and support systems (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk,Jira.)Experience working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Sales, or Marketing teamsFamiliarity with incident management or operational excellence practices
