Systems Analyst

Deloitte Monitor is looking for an Systems Analyst to join our our growing team!

What You Will Do?

• Analyze and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and support implementation.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Support project management activities (PMO), including tracking progress and preparing reports.
• Participate in large-scale projects with leading clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience with capital markets systems and processes (securities and derivatives), as a BO systems analyst, operations professional, or trader.
• Strong ability to define requirements and work with both business and technology users.
• Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in project environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional experience - an advantage:

• Experience with PMO activities or project coordination.
• Background in consulting or outsourcing.
• Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-year projects.
