Floor 47 is a new initiative at Deloitte Israel, implementing the Deloitte Greenhouse methodology. Globally, thousands of executives have leveraged The Deloitte Greenhouse® Experience to address significant business challenges.

Drawing on insights from over 8,000 sessions with corporate leaders, The Deloitte Greenhouse® Breakthrough Labs (=Workshops) are grounded in robust scientific research from group dynamics, environmental psychology, design thinking, and innovation theory.

Introduction We're launching a new vehicle to help our strategic clients unlock value, by a globally-tested set of labs and think sessions aimed at breaking down barriers, fostering innovation, and equipping leadership teams with actionable strategies to address their most complex business challenges.

This role represents a unique opportunity to become a Breakthrough Lab leader in our new practice, where you will be responsible for facilitation and leading the Journeys for Deloitte Israel’s strategic clients.

Desired Qualifications We are looking for a manager who demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and has a proven track record in facilitating, leading, and designing executive labs. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting leadership teams as they address and solve complex business challenges.

Design

• Lead the lab Journey process using Deloitte best practices; conduct research, interviews, and synthesize strategic findings.

• Prepare agendas and materials, manage feedback sessions, organize content, and handle pre-lab interviews.

• Apply design thinking to create solutions that meet client needs.

Delivery

• Facilitate live lab sessions by synthesizing main findings, organizing breakout groups, and adjusting session delivery as needed.

• Demonstrate executive presence by conducting sessions with composure and adaptability, including in uncertain circumstances.

• Utilize both local and international expertise to support clients in defining, expressing, and committing to new business approaches and implementing organizational change.

Project Ownership and Execution

• Take responsibility for overseeing lab projects by establishing clear milestones and systematically tracking progress.

• Proactively identify and manage potential risks to ensure objectives are met within the designated timeline.

• Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders, fostering strong and collaborative relationships with both Deloitte account teams and clients to drive project success

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and thoroughness throughout project execution

• Ensure that all aspects of the process are carefully managed to deliver smooth operations and consistently achieve high-quality results Greenhouse Program Support

• Drive innovation by supporting projects, piloting new methods, and shaping Deloitte Greenhouse® in Israel's future

• Deliver creative solutions and surpass client expectations

• Analyze problems and devise practical solutions

• Gain expertise in decision-making, markets, and strategy

• Foster an empowered, innovative workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing, leading and facilitating executive workshops

• 6–10 years of work experience, including client-facing roles with relevant experience

• Bachelor's degree required

• Strong analytical skills to guide group discussions toward actionable results

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and co-creation GenAI tools such as: NotebookLM, Midjourney, Lovable, N8N etc.

• Native-level English
