Junior marketing automation specialist

We are looking for a junior marketing automation specialist.

An innovator at heart, a team player who thinks big, well-versed in omnichannel workflows, creative and tech-savvy.

You will work in a dynamic environment and be responsible for managing the marketing automation system and fully leveraging its capabilities. Working closely with designers, developers, and project managers this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

The role includes:

• Manage top-tier marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
• Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance
• Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously
• Manage end-to-end campaigns: from ideation, configuration, and segmentation through analysis and optimization
• Create segments and audiences using SQL queries
• Perform all client-facing responsibilities such as gathering business requirements, leading discovery sessions, and presenting demo’s
• Stay informed of the latest marketing automation trends and best practices
• Work with local and global organizations

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering / Salesforce Admin certification- Must
• Previous experience in email marketing and marketing automation (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Accoustic etc)- Advantage
• Experienced with Digital Marketing: social media/ SEO / PPC campaigns/ CRO / - Advantage
• Familiarity with SQL – Advantage
• Familiarity with AMPScript – Advantage
• Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Tech-savvy mindset
• Quick on your feet with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude
