Deloitte is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

As part of the job:

• Management and leadership of end-to-end recruitment processes for financial and professional positions.

• Characterization of a job profile with a hiring manager, opening a job in the ats and building a sourcing strategy for the job.

• Finding candidates and creating a pipeline, while constantly working with the LinkedIn Recruiter and the organizational recruitment system.

• Conducting front-line HR / video interviews with suitable candidates.

• Accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process, while working closely and advising professional hiring managers in the organization.

• Building a job offer and conducting negotiations with candidates at the final stage.

• Synchronization and participation of human resources partners in the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree

• English – a native speaker

• 2+ of experience in recruiting positions (also available from placement)

• Experience with the LinkedIn system

• Experience in conducting frontal interviews and working directly with hiring managers – a big advantage

• Previous experience in recruiting positions from an organization - an advantage

• Skills of order and organization and the ability to lead processes and conduct oneself independently.

במסגרת התפקיד:
אחריות מלאה והובלת תהליך גיוס מקצה לקצה
אפיון פרופיל משרה מול מנהלים מגייסים, פתיחת משרה במערכת הגיוס ובניית אסטרטגיית הסורסינג למשרה.
איתור מועמדים מתאימים תוך עבודה מתמדת למול מערכת LinkedIn Recruiter, רשתות חברתיות ומערכת הגיוס הארגונית.
סינון קו’’ח, ביצוע ראיונות טלפוניים וקיום ראיונות אישיים.
ליווי מועמדים בתהליך הגיוס, תוך התנהלות צמודה וייעוץ למנהלים מקצועיים בארגון.
הפקת חוזים וטיפול בפניות מועמדים עד לשלב הקליטה.
סנכרון ושיתוף פעולה עם מחלקת HR חטיבתית בתהליכי הגיוס והקליטה.
ניהול קשר רציף מול מוסדות אקדמאיים לרבות נוכחות בירידי תעסוקה, ארגון הרצאות, מפגשים בפירמה ועוד

* העבודה הינה במשרדי החברה בתל אביב במודל היברידי המשלב עבודה מהבית.
