Change Management - Temporary Position

Description:

The Change Management team is growing and looking for an organizational consultant to take part in the implementation of significant changes within the firm.

What you will do:

• Understanding the future organizational landscape following the implementation of changes in the firm
• Diagnosing and mapping expected changes in various aspects
• Identifying organizational challenges and developing strategies to address them
• Developing specific and creative solutions for change management
• Working closely with project managers and various stakeholders within the firm
• Formulating communication and training plans and implementing them

Your skills & experience:

• A master's degree in organizational consulting, organizational sociology, or a similar field – an advantage
• Analytical ability and a broad perspective
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to drive and lead projects and interfaces
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High verbal and written expression skills, a creative approach, and excellent ability to convey visual messages through creating presentations and other tools

●      גיבוש תכניות תקשור והדרכה ויישומם
