Monitor Deloitte | Israel Monitor Deloitte is Deloitte’s strategy practice, working with senior executives, founders, and boards on growth, transformation, and value creation. This role reports directly to a Partner and focuses on leading end-to-end strategy engagements for technology companies, while driving cross-industry AI Transformation programs at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and AI.

What You Will Do ?

• Lead strategy engagements for technology companies, including multinational tech corporations, leading Israeli technology companies, and high-growth startups and unicorns

• Lead AI Transformation programs across industries: define AI vision, identify and prioritize business use cases, build value cases, and design pilot-to-scale roadmaps

• Advise founders, CxOs, and senior leadership teams on growth and strategic decisions: GTM strategy, portfolio focus, build partner buy decisions, and operating model implications

• Build business and financial models: market sizing, unit economics, scenario planning, and value impact

• Translate strategy into execution: OKRs, operating cadence, org and capability design, ecosystem and talent strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop the next generation of consultants, setting high professional standards and investing in coaching and growth

• Manage consulting teams with full delivery ownership: quality control, prioritization, and on-time, high-quality execution

• Contribute to shaping Monitor Deloitte’s Technology and AI Strategy agenda in Israel

What We Are Looking For?

• Proven experience leading strategy engagements for technology-sector clients

• Strong understanding of technology companies’ business models and ways of working, including how software-driven organizations build, scale, and commercialize products

• AI strategy fluency: understanding of GenAI and ML use cases across industries, data and platform prerequisites, value realization levers, and responsible AI considerations • Hands-on exposure to AI strategy and AI Transformation initiatives

• Hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving with strong analytical depth

• Executive presence and ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership

• Strong people leadership, mentorship orientation, and delivery ownership

• Strong curiosity and passion for innovation and emerging technologies, with a habit of staying current on market trends and evolving AI capabilities

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew Preferred Background

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy or business development roles within technology companies

• MBA or other relevant Master’s degree – advantage

• Experience in GTM strategy, commercial due diligence, or AI use-case design – advantage

• סקרנות ותשוקה לחדשנות וטכנולוגיות מתפתחות, והרגל להתעדכן במגמות שוק וביכולות AI מתפתחות.
• כישורי תקשורת מצוינים באנגלית ובעברית.

רקע מועדף

• 4–6 שנות ניסיון בייעוץ אסטרטגי או בתפקידי אסטרטגיה פנים-ארגונית/פיתוח עסקי בחברות טכנולוגיה.
• MBA או תואר שני רלוונטי אחר – יתרון.
• ניסיון באסטרטגיית GTM, בדיקת נאותות מסחרית (commercial due diligence), או תכנון מקרי שימוש ל‑AI – יתרון.
