Head of Affiliates

Your Mission: managing to success our acquisition team, building lasting partnerships, maximizing performance, and positioning our brands as a leader in competitive markets.

As Head of Affiliates, you will spearhead the growth of our affiliate operations in the iGaming sector (especially casinos). Acting as the CMO’s right hand, you’ll translate vision into strategy, lead and inspire a senior & junior affiliate team and drive measurable revenue impact.

· Extensive experience in gambling, casino, non-regulated, and grey market sectors is mandatory. This role is not related to Forex.

· Proven experience in managing an affiliation operation, including team leadership – 3 Years MUST.

· 6+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate acquisition – MUST.

· Acted as the right-hand CMO, collaborating closely with marketing leadership to shape affiliate strategy and align with overall company goals.

· Successfully managed senior affiliate managers and mentored junior teams if needed (under 1 senior), building structured workflows, best practices, and performance-driven culture.

· Led affiliate programs across multiple markets, with a specific focus on casino verticals, delivering measurable ROI and revenue growth.

· Skilled in negotiation, partner development, consistently strengthening relationships with high-value affiliates.

· Experienced in team expansion and leadership – from onboarding new affiliates to guiding junior managers under senior leads.

· Strong understanding of compliance, responsible gaming, and market-specific regulations within the iGaming space.
