IT & IS Manager

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on IT & IS Manager to lead our digital transformation and manage our tech infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute IT & digital strategy
Lead AI and automation initiatives to drive efficiency
Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems performance
Support ERP, BI, and CRM platforms
Manage a team of 3–4 professionals
Ensure responsive Helpdesk and tech support
Maintain vendor and budget oversight

5+ years of experience in information systems, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience in leading tech projects (AI/automation – advantage)
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Priority/Salesforce – advantage)
Strong business and tech orientation, with budget/vendor management experience
Academic background in a relevant field – required
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a proactive, strategic mindset
