Product Manager-Customer-Facing Role

We're looking for a Product Manager with a strong technical background who thrives in customer-facing environments and knows how to turn complex requirements into real, working products.
In this role, you'll work closely with top-tier global customers—from early technical discussions to shaping product direction and delivering tailored solutions. The product is multidisciplinary and includes hardware, software, and system-level integration.
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary product focal point for key customers – building trust, understanding their needs, and translating them into clear product requirements
Lead technical pre-sales and RFP processes with strategic partners
Own key areas in the product roadmap and guide internal teams accordingly
Initiate and lead technical and strategic discussions with customers and internal stakeholders
Support broader business activities including product documentation, market research, and participation in trade shows and customer meetings

B.Sc. or higher in Engineering – must
5+ years of experience in product management, technical project management, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with complex, multidisciplinary products (HW, SW, Embedded, Optics)
Strong customer-facing experience – including technical discussions, requirement gathering, and joint planning
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders
Independent, structured, and highly collaborative
Fluent English – verbal and written
Availability to travel internationally once per quarter
