Our Customer Success & Delivery group is responsible for field engineering worldwide, overseeing projects and deployments both on customer sites and in the cloud. Our team works closely with clients. We excel in building PoCs, creating custom demos, introducing new features, and providing top-tier professional services. Our group’s DNA is centered on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional quality and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
Managing delivery of software applications and services to global clients including planning, POC, infrastructure on-premise and cloud, installation, configuration and integration
Plan and manage the project from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, processes and deliverables
Collaborate with the customer on day to day work progress, issues, concerns, escalations and be the first point of escalation
Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
Resource staffing management; system integrators, developers, Ps, consultants etc' and supervise other leaders in the program such as Integration leads, Solution Architect, Technical Project Managers, and field engineers
Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with customers' Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-level executives
Requirements:
10+ years experience working in a similar environment such as Global service delivery in the software and professional services
At least 3+ years in managerial roles
Well established track record of producing high quality results while establishing/maintaining customer relationships at all levels;
Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams of various size in delivery of services to customer, including leading remote or offshore resources;
Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations.
Proven experience of running and scaling large service delivery teams across international locations in an agile industry
Proven experience in IT, Cloud, Networks, APIs and DB (Linux , Kubernetes, SQL/RDBMS , Kafka/MQ, API GW, AWS
Proven experience of the end-to-end software delivery
Excellent communication skills, managing the expectations of a large number of stakeholders and interested parties
Travel may be up to 25%
