HR SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized HR Coordinator to join our HR department at Telefire.
This is a diverse and impactful role with real influence on employee experience and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support for HR and recruitment processes
Manage and implement the company’s employee welfare program
Operate training programs and professional development initiatives
Plan and execute company events and internal activities
Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees
Prepare and transfer data for payroll processing
Serve as a point of contact and provide support to employees across the company
Handle office operations and provide administrative support to the executive team
Report directly to the VP of Human Resources
Replacement for six months of maternity leave with a possible option for a permanent position.

Academic degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role – a strong advantage
High-level English – speaking, reading, and writing
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
