We are looking for a talented Java Team Leader/Scrum Master to lead a team of developers
and make a major impact on our business.
You'll be part of the development, the front-end and back-end core of our main product,
which uses cutting-edge technologies and large-scale data sets, by defining, designing, and
implementing complex mechanisms.

:Responsibilities
Create as a major lead implementation of the frontend area in the project.
Be a part of agile best practices
Interface with other teams with good communication, planning, executing and validating the
team work according to the agreed design and feature by product group.
Full Hands-On.

6+ years of hands-on experience with Angular Frontend development for large scale
systems.
A degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering from a well-regarded university or a
comparable experience from well renowned companies/military units.
Hands-on experience with:
Redux
hands-on experience with Angular frameworks such as Bootstrap, PrimeNG, AG Grid etc…
Angular 17.
Willing to learn, Independent

המועמד יהיה חלק מצוות הפיתוח – פרונטאנד ובקאנד – של המוצר המרכזי שלנו, המשתמש בטכנולוגיות חדשניות ובמאגרי מידע גדולים, תוך תכנון, עיצוב ויישום של מנגנונים מורכבים.
בצורה רציפה ומתמשכת.

תחומי אחריות:
הובלה משמעותית ביישום אזור הפרונטאנד בפרויקט.
עבודה לפי מתודולוגיית Agile והטמעת שיטות עבודה מתקדמות.
עבודה בשיתוף פעולה עם צוותים אחרים – תקשורת טובה, תכנון, ביצוע ואימות של עבודת הצוות בהתאם לעיצוב ולמאפיינים שנקבעו מול צוות המוצר.
עבודה מלאה בגישה של Hands-On.

דרישות:
6+ שנות ניסיון מעשי בפיתוח פרונטאנד עם Angular עבור מערכות בקנה מידה גדול.
תואר במדעי המחשב / הנדסת תוכנה מאוניברסיטה מובילה – או ניסיון מקביל מגופים/יחידות טכנולוגיות מוכרות.
ניסיון מעשי עם Redux.
ניסיון בעבודה עם ספריות Angular נוספות כמו: Bootstrap, PrimeNG, AG Grid וכדומה.
ידע בגרסה Angular 17.
רצון ללמוד, יכולת עבודה עצמאית.
