We’re looking for a Full-Stack Team Leader to join our innovation team and help shape the technology powering the freesbe customer experience.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of developers and QA professionals while remaining hands-on (50%) with high-impact projects used by thousands of customers every day – from internal platforms to customer-facing apps.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers and QA testers
- Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver smart, scalable tools
- Own the development cycle: from architecture to deployment
- Ensure clean code, modern tech, and meaningful business impact

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading tech teams
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in web/app development
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills, team mindset, and a passion for innovation

Tech stack
- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Redux, React Native
- Backend: Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL
- Bonus points for: Strapi, TypeScript, GraphQL, RESTful APIs, nginx
