We’re looking for a talented Procurement Coordinator to join our Procurement team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. This is a temporary position supporting procurement operations and compliance activities. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Support Procurement activities in collaboration with procurement managers & buyers:
- Provide administrative support across the Procurement department
- Manage supplier onboarding and updates
- Create and track purchase orders, follow up with suppliers
- Upload procurement agreements into the contract system
- Support compliance activities in collaboration with Internal Audit and PepsiCo:
- Perform monthly controls
- Assist with risk assessments for non-IT vendors
- Support TPDD process for existing suppliers
- Help map gaps between SodaStream and PepsiCo procedures
- Support the HRDD process

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one
- High-level English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Proficiency in Excel – mandatory
- Analytical thinking – strong advantage
- Experience in an industrial/global company – a strong advantage
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent service orientation

**This is a Temporary and Part-time role, 3-4 days of work, for 6 months, with an option
