Field Engineer Manager

A tech company (confidential) in the Central Israel area is seeking a Field Engineer Manager to lead field operations, customer support activities and work closely with company costumers and development teams.

Job description
Performing field service activities including on-site installation, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance and integration test.
Instructing customers in the use of our products and providing technical support.
Coordinating and scheduling field tests and installations on costumer sites.
Writing technical test documents and reports.
Providing expert support and training at costumers sites.

B.Sc. in Electrical engineering /practical engineer.
8-10 years experience of application engineering.
Experience in managing an installation team- Must.
Background in hardware and software testing.
Experience in working with customers on locally and aboard.
Fluent in English and Hebrew- Must.
Willingness to travel abroad.
Great interpersonal skills, customer facing.
Highly motivated and self-management skills
