Frontend Developer
5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer, including ownership of complex product interfaces.
Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript in a production environment.
Experience developing responsive, scalable, and secure web applications.
Solid understanding of state management, routing, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
Hands-on experience designing and building conversational UIs or natural language-driven interfaces.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Familiarity with designing for enterprise-grade security and compliance (SSO, RBAC, multi-tenancy, etc.).

Front End Tech Lead

A minimum of 5 years of experience with React and Redux and 1 year of experience with React-Query.
Prior experience as a Tech Lead, successfully leading frontend teams and projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex frontend issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively guide and mentor junior developers.
The ability to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with React.js, including core principles like Virtual DOM, JSX, components, props, state management (Redux, Context API), and lifecycle methods.
Solid understanding of modern JavaScript features (ES6+).
Experience with popular state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel, Parcel) and CI/CD pipelines.
