We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary business contact for our clients:
• Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle
· Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and budgets
• Collaborate with our Sales & clients teams to understand client KPI to ensure the success of the client campaigns
• Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities
• Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects
• The position includes bonuses !!
דרישות התפקיד
At least 2 years of Client Management experience
Native / Fluent English – Speaking and writing.
Experience working with US business clients- must!
Advantage:
Experience working with B2B international clients at a large scale
B.A. in Business Management/Communications/Economy or any other related field
