Corporate In-House Counsel

A global technology company seeks a highly motivated Corporate Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate, this role involves supporting corporate governance, U.S. securities compliance, and general corporate legal matters across the organization.

?? Key Responsibilities:

??Assist in implementing and maintaining corporate governance policies across group entities.

??Support compliance with U.S. securities regulations, including drafting and reviewing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.

??Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, risk, and litigation issues.

?? Location: Between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem | Full-Time | Flexibility to work one day from home.

??JD from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission (NY, CA, or TX preferred).

??2–4 years of experience in a top-tier U.S. law firm, focusing on corporate/securities law.

??Native-level English, strong drafting and communication skills.

??Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
