INTERNATIONAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Latet-Israeli Humanitarian Aid, a large well-known Israeli non-profit, is looking for a Resource Development Coordinator responsible for donors and partners relations, development & outreach, writing grant requests and renewals with a focus on the US. The coordinator works closely with The Director of International Development and the development team members in Israel.

• Maintaining regular contact with partners and donors.
• Meeting the fundraising targets set for the year – strategic planning, mapping of potential partners and reaching out to them.
• Writing reports and requests for donation renewal.
• Hosting groups coming from abroad - setting the schedule and explaining the story and goals of the organization.
• Oversee fundraising database and tracking systems.
• Perform other related duties within the department as requested.

• Knowledge of the US Jewish philanthropic world- an advantage.
• Previous experience in fundraising and resource development- an advantage.
• “self-starter”, goal driven, organized person, that exhibits “follow through” on tasks and initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Display a positive attitude, show concern for people and community, demonstrate self-confidence, and good listening ability.
• BA graduate- a must.
• Native/Expert in English, both speaking and writing- a must.
• Other languages: Hebrew- an advantage.
