Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist focused on AI implementation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that enhance our products' intelligence and efficiency. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement AI-driven features within our products.
- Develop machine learning models, from data preprocessing to deployment in production environments.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing infrastructures.
- Leverage NLP, computer vision, and other AI techniques where applicable.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights that drive product improvements.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and assess their potential impact on our business.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data security standards.

- Bachelor's or Master's Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI implementation.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with deploying AI models in production (using cloud platforms, APIs, or edge computing).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps and versioning tools for AI model lifecycle management.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with real-time AI applications.
- Background in reinforcement learning or recommendation system
