We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is:

We are looking for a seasoned leader with a mature management mindset, capable of mentoring top talent while actively shaping our product and driving business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated development team
• Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture
• Solving complex problems with innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems

Requirements-

• At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams
• Strong business and product understanding
• Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments
• Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring – Advantage
• Experience with Backend Development.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in utilizing GenAI practices in the SDLC – advantage.
