Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining machines, at client sites across Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure machines at various client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues .
• Maintain detailed service records and reports.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role,
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires frequent travel within the country and internationally for training purposes
