Social Media & PR Executive

Israel365, a fast-growing media company, is seeking a full-time Social Media & PR Executive to lead all organic social media postings from conception to completion and manage all social media communications for our internal efforts as well as for our agency efforts. This role includes developing and executing PR initiatives and managing press relationships.
Strategic Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all relevant platforms, with focus on Instagram and TikTok
Plan and implement PR activities, maintaining relationships with local and international press
Create and manage content that:
Educates our target audience on topics related to our core mission
Promotes Israel365 content and personalities
Creatively monetizes our products and services
Build and maintain comprehensive social media calendar (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Grow our presence across social media platforms
Analyze campaign performance and deliver targeted results
Monitor and adapt to latest social media trends
Tactical Responsibilities
Lead campaign implementation from conception to completion
Optimize content through personalization and segmentation
Build and implement engagement-driving strategies
Provide efficient tools to enable smooth execution across team
Manage social media communications for both internal and agency efforts
Engage actively with audience across different channels
Report to and collaborate with Senior Management to ensure strategic alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum one year experience in social media marketing
Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media strategies
Comprehensive knowledge of best practices across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to craft engaging content that drives engagement and acquisition
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective team player in corporate environment
Experience in basic PR activities and press relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, internet marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Expertise in short-form video content creation (Reels/Stories/Shorts)
Proficiency in image-based content creation (Instagram/Stories)
Experience in PR and media relations
