We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong data analytics background, to join our dynamic B2B hi-tech marketing team. In this role, you will oversee paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Evaluate their effectiveness in CRO (conversion rate optimization) while collaborating with email nurture, organic search, and social programs. You will apply strategic planning skills, budget management, and in-depth data analysis to optimize channel performance and drive ROI. Proficiency in English and Hebrew is essential for managing local and global campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Management:
Manage advertising agencies to oversee strategic paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure tailored strategies (content, creative, messaging) target specific audiences (ICP, personas) for optimized performance in Hebrew and English.
Allocate and manage the annual marketing budget to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive strategy.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders, backed by detailed reports and data analysis.
Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign outcomes.
Ensure accurate tracking and data collection through tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, such as AI-driven ad optimization and advanced audience segmentation tools like Semrush, Google Trends, and LinkedIn Insights, to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal teams across SEO, email nurturing, and social media to integrate insights and intent signals from paid campaigns.
Leverage data analysis to adapt cross-platform campaign strategies to ensure cohesive efforts and achieve the best possible Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
דרישות התפקיד
At least 4 years of proven experience in managing PPC budgets and campaigns across multiple platforms.
Established experience and knowledge with strategic campaign management, including channel performance analysis, budget allocation, and optimization tactics.
Proven success in paid Search, Display, YouTube and Retargeting as well as Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn). Fluency in Hebrew and English to manage campaigns for local and global targeted audiences.
Proficiency in analyzing data for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, PowerBI, and HubSpot reports.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards.
