Position: Digital & Marcom Manager – Defense Sector Specialist

Location: Bnei Brak, Hacsharat Hayishuv Building (Adjacent to the Red Line)

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid,(1 day remote).

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Digital & Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager with deep expertise in the defense and homeland security sectors. This pivotal role involves leading Eyeviation’s global digital presence and marketing activities, aligning creative and technical efforts to drive brand growth and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Eyeviation’s digital and marketing communications strategy across global markets.

• Own and maintain the company’s website, including UX/UI optimization, content updates, and performance metrics.

• Plan and execute SEO strategies—keyword research, on-site optimization, and performance analytics.

• Collaborate closely with sales and content teams to develop high-impact marketing and sales collateral (presentations, landing pages, videos).

• Oversee Eyeviation’s brand language, visual identity, and creative direction.

• Write and tailor marketing content for the defense, military, and firearms training industries.

• Manage digital marketing efforts and creative assets for defense trade shows, events, and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Military/Defense background or deep understanding of the defense domain.

• 3+ years in Digital/Marcom roles in defense-tech or technology companies.

• Expertise in WordPress and SEO tools.

• Native-level English (writing and speaking) is a must.

• Experience with Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent graphic design tools.

• Familiarity with firearms, defense technologies, or training/ammunition systems.

• Proven experience creating high-quality marketing content in English.

• Advanced proficiency in AI-based marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Midjourney) is a significant plus.

• Track record of managing cross-functional marketing projects with sales, R&D, and international clients.

Additional Advantages:

• UI/UX design skills.

• Knowledge of the American defense and firearms market.

• Experience managing global digital assets, including CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot).

• Previous residency or citizenship in an English-speaking country.

• Willingness to travel internationally, from time to time.

• Ability to obtain security clearance.

• Flexibility to work non-standard hours with international teams.
