BI Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Analyst to lead a BI team at the SPL Group. You will play a crucial role in the business process by providing insights into customer shipping patterns and will use data to drive organizational growth and strategy. Your team supports the pre-sales and marketing teams by providing data analysis of invoices provided by potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, data analysis and business intelligence tools. A plus would be a solid understanding of the shipping and
logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
Data Management: Ownership of data quality for production database and reporting data warehouse.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and Recommend Strategic Insights and KPIs, enabling Corporate Leadership to make data-based decisions.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of analysts for customer reporting & analytics, and support pre-sales reporting efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with all company departments to optimize requirements and provide tailored analytics

We are seeking a motivated Senior BI Analyst to lead our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BSc in Mathematics and/or Data Science and/or
Computer Science
Excellent SQL Server query writing skills
Knowledge of Data Warehousing; Snowflake, RedShift, etc
Knowledge of Data Visualization tools; Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
Coding skills: Python, etc
7+ years as a data analyst
5+ years as a team leader of analysts
Excellent communication, data visualization and presentation skills
English – Near-Native proficiency, Hebrew – Command of language
